I was looking through my old yearbooks the other day because I secretly love to reminisce. Yearbooks are fun. You see the front and you're like " wow, that was soooooo High School"
Well, this time I wasn't looking through high school,no, I chose to go FURTHER into the darkness of my past...I looked at Middle School!!!!
OK, first I need to explain. I don't remember middle school. Not even a single memory. It's like a weird void in my lifetime.
To continue: I flipped through each of my yearbooks (6th through 8th) and slowly began to realize why middleschool was forgotten. Here are some things that were written to me:
"HAGS!" ( have a great summer)
"HAKAS!" ( have a kick ass summer, for those more daring kids)
"YOU SHOULD FIND A GUY THIS SUMMER!" ( ftw?!)
"TOM WELLING IS MINE, BITCH!" ( this was just down right embarrassing, did I really fight over this?)
" YOU'RE RUNNING MAKES ME SICK" ( shit)
" I'M SO FUCKING GLAD TO BE DONE WITH THIS HELL-HOLE!"(haha, I still love A.G.)
"DON'T YOU DARE CHANGE,..OR I WILL KILL YOU" ( started with a typical yearbook cheesiness ended in a horrible joke/threat, plus I am pretty sure this person didn't even know me)
IT WAS NICE MEETING YOU THIS YEAR. YOU ARE REAL FRIEND. (sweet! I love ppl)
A rap song that included the lyrics:
"GRAB A CHILI CHEESEBURGER AND A CHERRY COKE"
and ended in...
"NOW ITS TIME TO END, BUT NOT TIME TO BEND AND SNAP!" ( movie reference, you get a 100 karma points if you guess it right!)
moving on...
"DON'T MIND THEM, THEY ARE BITCHES (lol, I have to say, I agreed with this one)"
Well, that was about it. My summary of it, in additional to my yearbook pictures ( me wearing oversized sweat shirts and a chain wallet and a sweat band for my wrist ( it hurt my eyes))I would say middle school was forgotten for a reason.
